Plasmid include T7 promoter, Histag and R9 peptide sequence

This plasmid has modified T7 promoter,RBS,His tag and nine Argenine signal peptide(R9 peptide). R9 peptide cause endocytosis of mammalian and plant cells and make them take not only R9 peptide but also Proteins combined to this peptide. you can correct and purify products of this promoter by using anti-His tag antibody. When certain gene with BioBrick prefix is cloned into this plasmid, 6His tag and R9 peptide are fused and its amino acid linker sequence is LLE.
